Bit of a funny thing. I noticed that while doing the Old Deathwart world boss quest in Blackwood, attempting to "Collect" the Singing Frogs would make JoaT slot the Plentiful Harvest and Master Gatherer...

You may have re- downloaded it before it the file was confirmed by the esoui admins.
I just did a fresh install on my side and it shows up in the addon menu and shows 1.2.13.
If you are still having issues I am more than happy to look into them for you.

I will suggest that you separate the Craft stuff into two sections Craft and Harvest (I am not sure I remember that correctly). Anyway it is the first section and I thought it was a little confusing that the section shows slotting two skills into the same slot.
