I looked at this options on the left side, but was not able to select based on "any type".
What I would love to see is more general drop down selection options.
So not only the "any trait" but also the option to have a wider selection in armor type etc.
I.e. the wishlist would have then 1 entry and not dozens when adding a monster...

I have no idea how you define "Notable loot". I would consider uncollected set items to be "notable" from my perspective since I have "Show only uncollected items" selected in the Loot Log window. Perhaps you could add a mouseover infobox or whatever it's called to this section?

...but I have to keep doing it. The soul gems rewarded from the Random Normal Daily quest don't get pushed to the bank for some reason. In the mail that is sent after completing the RND, there's 10 transmute crystals, a random piece of loot, and some soul gems. Those soul gems don't get pushed.

Try to: Open bank>Use "Stack Items" ("F" by default).

The "Any trait of curr..." and "Any Qua..." text lines can easily be changed to simply "Any" and users will still fully understand it:
