That is not an error message, that is the text you see on the tooltip when you put your mouse over the triangle warning icon.
It is a message to indicate if you do turn that setting on or off then you need to reload your UI afterwards.

If Traitbuddy is set not to track a certain character then disable learning recipes on that character. It could be an option in Character Management section and it would stop us from learning recipes on the wrong character.

That gem icon was supposed to have the style name next to it, I was also expecting to see character names underneath but thats okay.
I am very surprised that no other French or German player has mentioned this to me :(
I will take a look at that other addon and see what ESO broke.
