I had this error too so not sure why but the jewelry kept appearing at every station I visited until I relogged. The issue occurred when I tried to deconstruct jewelry and gave me the Trait Buddy error. Just wanted to follow up that it happened to me too.

The Ring of Flanking is showing the icon for 'you already know this item's trait', but Sithis' Necklace isn't showing any icon, as if it didn't have...

How do I see medium armor? When I click on the Clothing icon, it only shows me light armor and I can't find a toggle like there are for woodworking and blacksmithing.
Yeah that can happen, its an ESO thing because they are custom icons.

I dont see an issue with FCO Item Saver when working with TraitBuddy either.
Maybe its when the inventory list changes in the decon screen.

Thats odd I don't get that error, I don't get any errors at the crafting station.
Your 2nd error mentions FCOItemSaver, could you try disabling that addon and see if the problem still happens?
I will also download that addon and see if I can spot the conflict.

I had to make a lot of changes to add in a whole new tree of crafting, along with new motifs and crafted sets.
