IIRC you can add ID's manually. So if you know the buff/debuff ID you can add it.
I try it:
My second try: I go to widget menu and add it per hand.
It apparently does not show any debuffs?
I try this build:

Is this add on being updated at all? Looking back through the comments, I don't see anything from the author in quite some time. Just a, "Hello, I'm alive." would be nice. At least then people would know whether to keep using this, or just go ahead & move on. :)
