I love it :D i wanted exactly this since the last weeks and you released it.
One suggestion if you like:
1) A font changing option for other styles would be nice (colorpicker a idea)
and a improvement
The lines for 25% sometimes overlap names. I play the german version and some bosses got long names.
Would be cool if...

Is there any chance to support ActionDurationReminder to show 2 bars like in your screenshot?
Another feature I would like to see is the percentage of my attributes. like 20k health (100%) or 15/30k magicka (50%)
