Added an option to disable auto show/hide switches. If enabled, the RecountUI can only be toggled through command shortcuts

Love this mod!
But small preference for the simple stack up animation of previous version 1.7.6 compared to 1.8.0
I liked how it was kind of unobtrusive and just stacked quietly (I put mine in lower right corner of the screen).
Now it is quite animated.
Just a personal preference.
