For me, the show/hide in RFT quits working if I have the DLC Notice addon installed. Disable DLC Notice, and RFT works as expected.

Have you tried the auto-hide feature to let them disappear while you move the other ui elements?
Never mind. It's a game bug. Others on the official forums figured out how to move UI items.
Since the chapter released, pressing Enter to gain control of the cursor doesn't allow the cursor to "grab" UI objects anymore.

No matter what scale or width I use, I can't move the bars like I used to be able to. :(
I can't seem to grab them with my mouse cursor to move them.
Edit: Might be a me problem??? Even with only this addon enabled, I can't seem to grab anything. And only with another addon enabled, I can't move its UI stuff either. UGH!

Since the chapter release today, the addon has been acting weird. Even with Auto-Show/Hide On Main Screen turned off AND Show On Main Screen turned off... it still gets stuck on the screen after zoning. Also, randomly, the "Show on main screen" option turns itself back on. :(
