The game is supported in English, French, German, Russian, and while actually in the country itself Japanese.
You seem to have an unofficial Polish translation so that is why nothing shows up. There is no Polish translation for Destinations.
Use 27.2 instead but it will be in English.

Unfortunately it looks like yet again ZOS may have introduced or reintroduced a bug in the saved vars where the apostrophe is converted to HTML code. Which will mean your sales may or may not display properly. Which is a game bug, you are out of luck until or unless they fix it. Sorry.
