Anyone else having issues updating their Harvest Map data using the DownloadNewData bat file? I'm getting this error: "C:\Users\*CENSORED*\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns\HarvestMap\Main\upload.js(65, 2) msxml3.dll: The system cannot locate the resource specified."
