Since the last update (1.7), the stacking behavior has become rather erratic. I turned off "don't stack items marked as saved" and now nothing will stack. When I turn it back on, items will stack except of course those marked as saved. Should be fixed in v1.8. Thank you for report.

Is there a blacklist so it ignores certain items? I had to stop using it because it kept moving my lockpicks into the bank. No, there is no blacklist. But I'll add support for variaous item savers, so all marked items will be (optionally) excluded from moving to the bank.

I use three action bars (2 weapons, and the specific for the ultimate storm calling). Couldn't use the addon as it seems that only one action bar is saved per profile ? Yes, it saves skills just for active weapon set. If you want switch both bars at the same time, use Wykkyd's Outfitter.

The buffs that have a round icon (eg Cyrodiil bonuses) are being shown inside a square frame instead of a round one. Is that intended? Would it be possible to give round buffs a round frame, so that the frames match the shape of the icons?
