Triggers will work properly for you and your guests provided you are in the housing zone with them. If you aren't there, they won't work. This is indeed correct and thank you. The reason for this is that EHT must actually "see" the triggering event and then it performs the corresponding action on your behalf.

Usecase: I need to put item A at the center of one of the surfaces of item B. Item B is bigger than item A in all the dimensions. So when I use the 'center on' Organize tool of item A, it gets pushed entirely inside of item B.
