I would suggest reinstalling LibMainMenu, Essential Housing Tools or both as this could be the result of a partial or failed installation or an out-of-date version of either add-on. Cheers!

This may be the case of a failed installation by Minion or an out-of-date version of EHT. If you reinstall the latest version of EHT and it does not correct this issue please notify us.

So today, after watching video and following the guides, i entered my house into the hub community, and i even could summon the guest book for visitors.
2 hours after that, my house has been removed from it, and whatever i tried did not work at all.
I did a fresh new install and removed my savedvariables (took a save of those)...

Interesting. This looks like a bug that I fixed a few weeks ago. If that is the case, updating to the latest version of EHT should resolve the problem for you. Please let us know if you find otherwise.
