The anti-theft device works correctly for me. As long as 1 quest has not yet been handed in at the delivery points, theft is blocked in the entire area.
I was just in the middle of turning in my dailies and I stole something by mistake, which Bastian was glad to complain about.
Did this break? I have it set to "ON" in the addo...

You must first completely delete the old addon folder and set IGV Update to ignore in the minion beforehand. Also delete the SavedVariable. Then manually extract the folder from the zip archive into the addon directory. After that, Minion can no longer update IGV because otherwise everything will be undone!

New version 4.1.2 works correctly for me manually with hotkey and automatically open with CP window. The data is loaded and saved correctly. :) Another player was able to confirm that just now.

Try this version of IGV. I've removed the embedded libraries and LibStub calls and made it depending on LibAddonMenu-2.0 version r28 or newer.
IGV v2.0.9.3 Baertram without LibStub and other Libs

Looks to me like the cause is the ItemSetCollectionTracker addon. I also had this addon and uninstalled it again because it was causing problems for me.
Just a error i got when i was doing a dungeon.

Since the ESO update 33, the "Show Arrow" option no longer turns off the other actionbar marker. The option "Show hotkeys" OFF does not remain permanently. After a loading screen (teleport) the hotkeys are shown again even if the option is set to OFF.
