With 1.2.4. I got random Minimap in Full Screen and sometimes it's flickering like hell until I reloadui.
For me till now only after teleporting via Teleportstone or Teleport-Addon.
Can you give me an example location?
It seems that this was only an hickup. After I posted this it works well. Dunno what it was.

Not sure i understand you correctly, but:
You don't have to show the buttons, in order to set/use the keybindings.
You can drag the images around, but only by draggning the background/between the icons.

Try to enable fps AND ping.
After first enable fps and ping info need to /reloadui
And. I see something like eye on your screen. If you use addon that changes ZOS fps panel then that "space" can be wrong anyway.
I've downloaded again the 1.3 Version and now it works.

2)reapir walls in pvp icons for this AP gained is placeholders for some reason\
