 I Added an option for AutoRotate to face the camera

Hey, I changed the "Rotate Map" option to let you choose between rotating to face the player (the current behaviour) or the camera.
I don't know how to post files, so here is a diff showing the changes.
(just save it as a `diff.txt`file in your `AddOns/MiniMap` folder run `git apply diff.txt`, or you can do it manually by editi...
