 No white borders/icons

The statistics work fine, but for some reason I don't have a clean interface appearance. I'm missing the icons for next fight, previous fight, load/save, etc. I also don't have white border lines to separate fields of info.
LibAddonMenu-2.0 is out of date, which is the only library addon that is in such a state needed for CombatMe...
