 Not seeing all debuffs

As far as I can tell, all of my buffs show up but I am not seeing all of the debuffs on enemies. For example, on my DK I can see the immobilize from Dark Talons and the dot from Fiery Breath but I don't see the armor reduction/taunt from Puncture or the dot from Searing Strike.
These showed up before but now they don't and I don't...
