 Command /qt list 'x' doesn't work

Tried using the commands.
/qt list - shows the quest that I have
/qt list - doesn't work at all. I was in Bangkorai and I tried inserting 40, 43, and 47, nothing shows. (e.g. /qt list 47)
Any chance it's bugged? Or is there really no quests at that level?
