Lightning staff and companion issues
 

I cant isolate the issue with this one but I have for months now a bug when I equip any lightning staff(currently only have sergeants mail and rattlecage staves) & oakensoul all of my companions fail to summon after zoning everytime between different zones with error: "ERROR summoning (companion name), please try again in a few moments". Its ONLY when I have lightning staff equipped and oakensoul ring and does this even with all addons disabled.
