Mass Mailer?

Is there an addon out or being worked on that will allow a guildleader to send out an eamil to everyone in the guild?

Would be nice if it also allowed to send to a group of guild members like officers only or all non-officers, etc.

MailR doesn't work after this update...I will check into GuildTools, Thanks.

OK MailR is throwing errors (didnt get a screenshot, sorry) and Guild Tools shows this:
