First I would try to make sure the Addons folder is in the proper place. Although I don't see why it would have moved.

Maybe Minion says everything is fine but Minion is configured to the wrong folder. Every mod should be in the folder I mentioned. If for some reason the folder location is incorrect and, you have to move the folder, then minion needs to be reconfigured so you can point it to the correct location. Not sure where to start but if you verify your mods are in the folder mentioned, then verify that Minion points to the correct location as well and then load the game and see what happens.
