Your opinion makes me think that you should try another game or try to adopt to the current "5 skills per weapon set" behaviour.
Other players might give you a hint how to tank, or what skills to use to be able to tank better.
But changing the game is not the right way (at least if it's not your private singleplayer offline game without influence on others
)
