Can't figure why Master Jewelry Writ not "taking"

I have enclosed a screenshot showing that I need to create Vastarie's Ring. I'm in the proper location (Northern Elsweyr), have the proper material (platinum), proper trait (health), and proper level (Epic).

Yet it does not recognize this. Do I need to do the whole set?

I am at 50/CP160, level 50 in Jewelry. I am 1/3 in Platings Expertise - could this be the issue?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You screenshot shows the ring got no trait.
The writ says it needs the "Healthy" trait

Hint: use the "Create" tab, it shows you the quest marker at the top of it

Then click on the checkbox "Only quest items" and it should filter you to the item (ring) and trait (healthy) to select then?

Still not working

Thanks for the reply. That's the weird thing - I made it with the Healthy Trait by using Antimony. When done, it even shows that it will apply health.

But it's still not accepting it for the writ.
