http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info6...atReticle.html. You can set different reticle styles for normal vs interactive, stealth and combat modes, so the reticle's appearance can be completely different between modes.
When used in conjunction with
Rainbow Reticle, you can get names of targets directly on your reticle so you don't have to look away at target frames. I've included a couple screenclips below so you can see the differences in the modes.
