[Request] Continuing TiKOS

Dear devz,

since the last patch our beloved TiKOS stopped working, but not totally.
Garkin made a great job a few months ago fixing it once, but now, as you know, is not on ESO anymore.

TiKOS still works for warning us when the bracket points on a registered "foe" in Cyrodiil, but doesn't let us save new ones any longer.
We can open the list window and write the new char name in the field but, when we press enter, nothing happens.

Would anybody please have a quick look at it?

After more then 2 years in Cyrodiil me and my mates are making a intense use of TiKOS, allowing us to notice Kill On Sight targets as well as Don't Kill ones 0:-)
It'd be really a shame if we tried to kill a good friend between our foes...
