how to preview the xml without TESO app

hi

i already learning wiki.esoui.com "How-To Guides"
now , i want try UI XML to create the UI

but there have a lot of

Element
Attributes

i want try every Element and Attributes to learn
but .... /reloadui is very very long time

can i preview the UI without TESO ??

browser can read "<html>"
RSS browser can read "<rss version="2.0">"
have anything can read "<GuiXml>"
