Skyrim's dialogue camera?

This one strikes me as a long shot, but I figured I'd ask, since I didn't think something like No Spin was possible either.

Would it be within the realm of doable to make a mod that keeps the camera from zooming in on NPCs when you talk to them? So you'd just enter dialogue without having a specialized camera angle for it, like in Skyrim if you were playing third person.
