Can't delete old addons

I reactivated my account yesterday and I updated the client.
The problem is that in the character selection the game shows some "out of date" addons wich I had installed some months ago before quit the game.

I used to menage my addons via Minion and I tryed to update them first, but again I found the "out of date" list of 4/5 addons...
Then I tryed to delete, fresh download and install some new addons just to try, but again, the same problem.
I tryed the same thing manually installing addons...but same result...
I decided to delete the folder in C:\Users\< username >\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu\addons...but the problem persisted...

I really don't how to solve this...

Try to delete the file AddOnSettings.txt in Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\liveeu ?

I actually tryed deleting the folder C:\Users\< username >\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online...I don't know if there was a .txt file in there...
I will try to search for AddOnSettings.txt and delete it...we will see
