Movable Experience Bar

I'm looking for a mod that allows me to move my XP bar from the top left corner to somewhere, of my choosing, as the standard bar is lock in place and the SlightlyImprovedExperienceBar, has no option to move the bar.

Azurah allows moving of numerous UI elements, including player progress bar.
