String Format for Non-EN Clients

Hi guys,

I'm thinking to get rid of such characters like ^mx etc. in some strings which appears on non-English clients. I'm looking for a smart way to deal with this instead of checking every string if they have these not-needed characters. Please share your ideas if you have some suggestions for it.
