AutoPickup items on ground?

Looking for an addon that will pick up items on the ground in range, that aren't in containers.
Is this possible?

no. (botting).

Hmm... so i would have to point at each carrot or beet on the ground or whatever individually?
Some of them are hard to aim at.

For static items yes,

For corpse looting of mobs, there is an AE loot option set to true per default.
