You can create bars where you can place active buffs.
You can move those bars on screen then.
As long as overload is active you should see a buff at your character, if you press C, isn't it?
Srendar provides a debug mode once enabled you can see the abuffIds (abilityIds) of the buffs on yourself if you press C.
if you add those abiltyIds to a bar they will show a counter for timeleft etc. or depending on the bar's size and style an icon too I think I remember.
