Could you try to edit your minion.xml and remove everything between the lines that contain "<ignored>" and "</ignored>"? That worked for me.

I installed a new version
and edited minion.xml . deleted it as written.
It didn't help. it doesn 't start the same way .
p.s. everything works on the computer where I deleted it completely.
