Wanting to commission add-on

Heya, i've been looking to commission a small add-on from anyone who could create it.
It should display currently applicable death animations from elemental- and martial damage sources for players (and companions if possible). "Currently applicable" since whichever animation is applicable is rerolled with entering a new instance. I hope this is possible?
