Help with Harvest Map and Add ons

I am a new player and I started to use some add-ons which make life much better - especially for the shards , treasure maps and harvesting.
After the last patch I started to get a message : "Libstub is deprecated"
At the same time everytime when I log in a windows pops up saying :

user:/AddOns/LibMapPing/LibMapPing.lua:8: attempt to index a nil value

When I close this window and try to call up the map (key M), I get a blurred screen but no map and several keys are disabled (especially Alt and Esc) so that I can neither play nor log out.
I tried to disable the Harvest Map add on , then all add ons but it doesn't solve the problem.

I didn't try the last desperate step yet - delete all add ons because I don't want to loose all my treasure chest and ressource locations which I worked hard for.

Please somebody help me because it seems to me that I am in a situation where I either can't play or I loose 2 months of data.
