Set Collection Count in Item Info

Does an addon exist that shows how many pieces are collected while hovering over an item for its description? I am imagining something like where it says "Collected" or not it could say "Collected (X of Y)". X being number currently acquired and y being the total number of pieces in the set. Any existing addon though would be appreciated as well if you may know one.
