In addition to the addon that Baertram linked, Next patch they will be less of an issue for that - your interactions will prioritize loot and doors and stuff.

Generally speaking, interactable objects that are valuable (such as resource nodes and lootable corpses) will have priority over things that are mobile or player-made (such as Companions and Mementos).
